Hacked? Home Page Permanetly Changed…

Hey all, for some reason I made a new page on my site the other day and now it is permanently my homepage. I’ve modified my header.php file to specifically go to my homepage Homepage, but instead it goes to https://allshoresp.com/leagues/allshore-atlantic-club-league. I’ve even deleted this page and it still tries to go there. Has my site been hacked or something? Nothing I change works, and in the READING tab under Settings it specifically says the front page should be allshoresp.com
