[Plugin: AVH First Defense Against Spam] breaks wordpress multisite installs

When AVH first defense against spam is network activated on a multi-site install of wordpress new sites that are added are not created correctly – entries are not written to the database. This results in all sorts of problems such as being unable to assign roles to additional users. Deactivating the plugin, adding the new site, and reactivating the plugin works around the issue.
