Imported posts showing You do not have sufficient privileges to access this page

I exported our posts from one install to another. I’ve done the same process on all our other sites without problems. On the original site, the posts were authored by Admin. On the new site, I imported all the posts as an admin and all now go to a page with “You do not have sufficient privileges to access this page”. I tried importing a post to the author level and got the same results. I tried the phpmyadmin to put the admin as a:1:{s:13:”administrator”;b:1;} and still no luck. I have 190 posts to import so it’s really important to fix.
