Select Box Chain

Hello, I’m trying to find either a plug-in or some code to create a select box chain. What I’m looking for exactly is a way to create a chain of select boxes where a selection in the first box populates the second box, a selection in the second box populates the third box, etc… Basically I want to create a chain that will narrow down choices as a choice from each subsequent box is made. Box 1 affects the choices available in box 2, which affects the choices available in box 3…

What I need this for is we want to make it easier for teams to figure out which competition in our tournament they should register for. It’s a bit complicated as only specific divisions from specific leagues in specific cities are eligible to enter specific competitions. Our site is here. If you know of a plug-in that could be set up to do this, or have an idea how the code could work to do this, it would be greatly appreciated.
