Comment section – change fields

    I want to change the comment section as follows in the Carrington Mobile Theme.
    1. The URL field I want my site visitor to enter their cellphone number in stead of website. This field should be required.
    2. I want to change the email field so that it is not required.

    3. If possible I would also like to add a address field.

    Please can you help me.
