BUG: Link hotkey — Alt-Shift-A

When I add a link with the ‘Alt-Shift-A’ keyboard shortcut, it brings up the old javascript popup dialog box for the url over top of the newer in-page dialog box. And the JS dialog box doesn’t even work: it doesn’t capture the url even if you try.

Please eliminate the JS popup so that this keyboard shortcut works properly.
