How to exclude adsense from main category page?

Hi

I have x2 adsense blocks on my posts but want to exlude them showing up in the main category page where it shows just the excerpts of the posts in that particular category.

The reason is because when they show in the categories they are all over the place and look awful.

Is there a simple way to sort this?
