Can anyone make sense of this error?

I recently began working for a company that has a wordpress blog that is a bit outdated. I have been having problems adding/deleting plugins, upgrading wordpress & plugins and now can not upload any media. I believe that my issue is due to the fact that most everything is out of date, but I am getting the following error and it is bugging me becasue I can’t make sense of it. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
