Permalink Issue

    Hey Guys

    When i change my permalinks from default to %postname% the links redirect to a not found page.

    I checked the pages and it appears to have worked, all the pages permalinks were changed but it does not find it on the server?

    What can this be?

    This is the error i get on the not found page if it helps ??

    The requested URL /about-us was not found on this server.
