Pictures Not Displaying

    I’ve read numerous troubleshooting posts about pictures not displaying in WP, but none of the solutions quite seem to work for us.

    Website is: bakonews.net

    Problem: Pictures display in posts, but not on homepage. In the Media Library some of them show sometimes, I cannot detect any rhyme or reason why some do and others don’t at different times.

    Other Notes: Switching to Twenty Ten, all the pictures show up just like when someone is reading the posts individually. When switching to other templates, the problem is the same.

    Seems problem is images itself; not a specific theme; if WP only find some imgs sometimes; the problem is images.

    Check the permissions of all images; how do found VS not found img permissions differ.

    Set perms same for all images

    Okay, let’s try that. I am looking for a permissions option and not seeing one. How do I set/change permissions?

    Thanks for the links. I did a bit of reading and then I went into my FTP and reset permissions. Unfortunately, this has not solved the problem.

    Any other ideas?

    Update: I tried installing a new theme, but I get these three errors. Could they be the problem?

    Template is broke to all heck, can’t even view the site now!

    I switched to another, more simple template, and everything displays correctly on the front page. It is still a mystery to me why this is so. Some templates seem to work (default and simple ones) while the premium templtes have issues. I’d still like some resolution, although for the time a simplified template will work.
