Template Broken In 3.1

    I just upgraded to 3.1 and now a page that I had setup a custom template for is no longer working. I went back into the admin to confirm that the page was still utilizing the template and it is selected properly. I tried un-assigning the template and then re-assigning it but still no luck. Has something changed?It’s currently just loading the default template no matter what I do.

    Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

    Is this a “page template” that you select from the drop-down on the Edit Page screen, or is it a theme file that you added to your theme (e.g. page-slug.php or page-id.php)?

    it was selected from the drop-down on the Edit Page screen

    Changing my Permalink structure back to default and then choosing ‘Day and name’ over again seems to have resolved the issue.

    Also try deactivating the theme and reactivating
