ftp error

    Having a little problem right now, not sure if its because i updated to 3.1 yesterday or if is something else, but i just noticed it this morning. When i try to install a new theme from the wp-admin, i get the ftp login where it asks for hostname, ftp user and ftp password. I am using my desktop with ubuntu 10.10 as my server, but all i am getting now is
    Failed to connect to FTP Server 192.168.0.15:21
    i’ve tried installing theme from wp-admin from both my laptop and my desktop host machine, ive used the ip address and tried just using localhost and neither of them worked still got the same error… any ideas what im doing wrong?
