• I am using WP Super Cache with Amazon S3 as CDN provider. Here is the sequence of steps I have done

    (1) Installed WP Super Cache and used it for a few days

    (2) Signed up with Amazon S3

    (3) Installed CDN Sync Tool (v 1.8) and tried to sync

    (4) Transfer of files stalls after 10 to 15 entries, though I have around 3000 files to be transferred

Any suggestions or help is appreciated

  • Hi,
How long have you left it after the stall? I’ve noticed a stall issue myself however I think it’s related to either the server or the browser due to the fact if left for a few minutes 50-100 items will appear done at the exact same time.

    Hi

I left it for 10 minutes or so.

I am wondering if the PHP Version 5.2.17 will work with CDN Sync as I read in another post that the tool is designed for PHP version 5.3?

    thanks

This might help as well, it gets stalled when it starts to sync the cache portion

The sync process stalls in more than one directory. I have decided to move away from using this process to upload content to CDN.

    Hi,
Well I’ve tested the sync sereval times in the last day or so to try and reproduce this. I can’t, therefore I assume it may be something to do with your hosting or the files. If you had an error log that may help.
