Display Delicious feed items with thumbnails and titles in page

I’m trying to create a page in my blog that displays my most recent Delicious favourites. I’m wondering if they can be displayed as a list with the thumbnail of the first image found in the link, along with the title.
Getting the feed items to display should be straightforward, but I imagine the tricky part would be the script that gets the first image from the link and resizes and crops it to fit the list layout …

Is there such a plugin, or a script that can pull this off ?
