Site down, 403 error. Help!

    When I go to my site I get a 403 error: https://thewhiteforest.com/

    When I did a search in the forum about this, I read that this might mean my site’s been hacked?!

    I don’t know what to do with this information or even how to start dealing with it.

    What is my first step in figuring out what is wrong?
