Plugin Setings in 3.1?

    Does anyone know were the plugin settings moved to? Before they used to be under the settings menu, but now all that there is the “Network Options”.. also were did the “Super Admin” options move too? Thanks!

    UPDATE: I found it.. Make sure you are under : Site admin, not network admin
