Admin bar not showing in them after upgrade to 3.1

Hi Guys,

I have updated a blog to 3.1 the front-end admin bar is not showing on the theme, if I switch to the 2010 theme, the admin bar shows… is there something missing in my theme that is stopping the admin bar from showing?

In the user settings the tick box to show admin bar is checked.
