[Plugin: jQuery Lightbox For Native Galleries] Videos are showing through the lightbox – any help?

I’m wondering if there is anyway to make embedded videos, like from YouTube, not show above the light box effect when you are viewing images.

When you click one of the gallery images in the middle of the page, and open the image in the lightbox, the YouTube videos in the sidebar are still showing through. Is there any way to keep the videos in the background?
