sub menu is hidden behind youtube video

    my sub menu is hidden behind a youtube video that I posted to a page using <i frame> code provided by youtube.

    I have looked at past posts and I am now lost. I saw posts about user.css which I do not have. I did create it and place the code in it. I have also tried some other tricks and nothing has worked.

    Please help.
