is it risky to leave install.php file after installation?

  • Could someone from with bad intentions run install.php file and ruin your wordpress installation?
    Should I delete that file from all my wp-admin directories?

  • No they will not be able install anything as Go ahead and try it your self it will give page that wordpress is already installed.
