Fatal Error Problem

    Hi All,

    Someone installed a new theme and now have this error:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function add_theme_support() in /mounted-storage/home58a/sub001/sc25510-WVDK/dominikalipniewska.com/wp-content/themes/imbalance/functions.php on line 11

    I think it may be because a new version of wordpress wasn’t installed before the theme was changed. I have no idea what version of WP was being used as its not my site.

    There is no access to the admin panel and I have no idea of how to reverse this error.

    Can someone please help and direct me on how I can fix this for a very upset young lady.

  • If you login via ftp, just delete the new theme that was installed or move it to another folder temporarily. That should reset the theme to 2010.

    using ftp browse to themes folder in theme folder rename imbalance folder to say imbalance-hold and then try and go on your wordpress default twenty ten theme should open.
