[Plugin: Fast Secure Contact Form] Form opening in colorbox !!!

I want this form to be stored in a single page (not the whole page), so that I can open the url in a modal window.

Right now, I’ve got the form as a page within my website and i cannot open only the form area of it but the whole page which is wrong for a modal window like colorbox.

has anyone yet had the same issue and resolved it?
