Do you need a rss, xml & atom feeds for all to put your URL into a reader?

The url for the wordpress blog is:
https://www.MYDOMAINNAME.com/wp-rss.phpI have been seeing alot of different extentions:
XML FEEDS – example:
https://blogforfunandprofit.blogware.com/blog/index.xmlATOM FEEDS:
https://mayorsam.blogspot.com/atom.xmlRSS FEEDS:
https://www.bloglines.com/blog/MYBLOGNAME/rssIs the wordpress blog feed all I need in order for everyone to be able to read this through their reader or through a service like My Yahoo, Newsgator etc?
Or do I have to create these different feeds with special extentions in order to do this?
