Is there any plugin for minitag(post-it)?

i am looking for a plugin for wp1.5 that can be used as post-it(like a small board). Actually I have searched a tool called Easy Tag and it is simple for me and friends to use. However I discovered that it can not include quick links (ie: My blog), it just post what was typed. Anyone knows a better tool that can accept quick links?
