Category related posts

I’ve added this code to my single.php https://wordpress.pastebin.com/bmzUgUuK
It works fine, I’m just using it to show other posts in the same category, but when I hover over the links, it shows the current posts in the mouse over tooltip. I can’t figure out what’s causing it to show that rather than what it would normally show.
