[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Tag Generator and Shortcode not appearing

    I just installed CF7 on a web.com hosted site. I’ve done this numerous times but this is the first time I’ve experienced this issue. Problem is that I don’t see any shortcode to copy in the brown rectangle I normally see and the tag generator isn’t appearing either since I wanted to add a checkbox field and now I can’t. Is this a web.com issue or something else?

    Were you able to fix the problem? I’m experiencing the same problem: tag generator and shortcodes are missing. I had touched the coding sheets previously, but I undid everything that shouldn’t have been changed–or so I thought!

    This is not working for me either. I tried using Chrome, Firefox and Safari for Mac and the code that is supposed to appear in the box below Copy this code and paste it into your post, page or text widget content does not appear.

    Has there been any resolution?
