    Hi All

Hope someone can help. A client of mine is using Contact form 7 on a site and it’s a great plugin, however we want to track submissions using Google Adwords and Analytics. We’ve tried both the trackpageview and sending it to a specific thank you page but neither seems to work.

The form seems to work as it should but as soon as we try to use the on_sent_ok: hook the arrows just spin and nothing happens. Remove the hook and it works again. I’m guessing there is a conflict somewhere but have no idea where as i’m not a programmer i’m just following the tutorials.

If people need more info just give me a shout

    Thanks
    G

Have you updated the plugin. I had the exact same problem and I was ready to post when I saw there was need to update the plugin. I did and it works just fine. Send users to a new page so you can paste whatever code you want or create funnels in analytics.

Hi, I just updated Contact Form 7 and my on_sent_ok thank you page is now broken. It says it can’t be found. I worked fine until the upgrade. Did the syntax change? I’m using:

    on_sent_ok: “location.replace(‘thank-you’);”

    Thanks for any help!

    Hey

I updated it and it seems to be working now.

    Jeepstergal check out https://contactform7.com/2010/03/27/redirecting-to-another-url-after-submissions/

I’m using that method to redirect my page and it seems to be working ok. A slight delay in the redirect though

Thank you for your quick reply! But now, since upgrading the plugin, the thank you page is not the only thing that’s not working; the emails never get received…so the whole form is not working properly now. Thanks for replying!
