Default Image for Posts without an image

    The default image for each post is usually the first image that comes up in the post but the posts without an image just show a blank image. How do I set a default image that those posts without an image can use so that it’s not just a blank white box?

    Scroll down to the bottom of the page where it says “Related Posts” and you’ll see some posts have a thumbnail there but others don’t. Is there a way to have the posts without any images automatically revert to a default image?
