Problem using CForms in Multi Site

Please can someone advise if a solution has been found as to why CForms is not working in a multisite. It works in the main site https://timeoutbookings.co.za/booking-enquiry/accomodation-enquiry/ but not my subdomain site https://westcliff.timeoutbookings.co.za/contact-us/

If a solution can’t be found can someone suggest another form plugin that works in multisites.
