Post editing icons not showing

    I am running the new WP 3.0.4.. i had no issues until i updated to a new server last night and today (two out of 3 of my computers) when you go into “Add New” post, the editing icons like the bold tab, the right, center, left tabs, the under line U – all the tabs do not show at all and it says
    “advanced.block” or “advanced.paragraph” depending on when you go into it
    This is only in the Visual tab the HTML tab work most of the time and shows the editing icons.
    Now my tower computer has no issue, just the two laptops..
    i have tried restarting the browser, and computer and still no luck..Both laptops are Win7 the tower is still Vista
    now the reason why i upgraded servers is that i was trying to add a Chat widget to our sidebar. after activating and deleting like 20 of them (all over 3 stars) and none worked more then 5 mins, my site crashed and said i had an error in the wordpress database…
    now since then the server is up and going, my site works, i can only use WP on 1 of 3 computer to add post… all of the other functions work on the particular laptops in WP just not the Visual tab editing icons…

    Ram 8 GB
    Network 100Mbps
    Processor core 2 quad 2.83GHz Q9550
    10,000 gb bandwidth
    …OS CentOS 5.5 X64 cPanel
    Control Panel cPanel/WHM License
    any help?

    also found out that on my tower pc – Chrome does it too.. just not FF

    Found the issue. on server transfer some folders were missing in:
    /public_html/wp-includes/js/tinymce

    I just uploaded the entire folder from a previous back up – TA DA fixed..
