Worpdress editor post box doesn't switch to html – WP 3.0.4

WordPress editor post box doesn’t switch to html in WP 3.0.4 but it does show both the html tool bar and visual toolbar in while in Visual mode… if you click on the html tab nothing happens… both are showing in the one tab… does anyone know how to fix this or what the problem is?
