Admin and 'submit for review'

  • I am not a code guy at all, and last night, after a month of smooth sailing with wordpress, and liking it a lot I messed up. I changed an address in settings and messed everything up. So I deactivated and am starting over.

    Heres my problem, probably very simple. While logged in as Admin, while trying to add new post, there is no publish button, only ‘submit for review’. This was never there before the deactivation and subsequent new install and update to 3.0.4….Please help!!! Thanks!!

    I even created a post and submitted for review and it disappears from the site all together….

    In fact, nothing is working. I cant upload a new header image, basically I have a dashboard where I can make categories and nothing else works…

    What “address” did you change in settings?
