Not anymore. The theme has been transfered to a commercial theme company and they will resume development in the coming months.

oh well, i managed to find another site to download it from.

i would say at least keep the older versions available for anyone who wants to keep it open source :/

I had no intention of trying to take it away. I know I initially released it under the GPL, and it was downloaded almost 20,000 times.

I really don’t care… Glad you like the theme though I guess.

i see, well there is no link, its not on sourceforge or anything. put the older versions on there, free hosting.

silver163, it was released under GPL, sure you can develop further on it.

Everybody can ! You cannot turn a GPL into a commercial license.

Its fine the Spencerfinnell sold it to a commercial company (hmmm now that I’m thinking about that… which is not allowed) but the GPL license will stay on it.

A lot of people ask me if I want to send them the theme by mail. There are so many people that whant it, I have my hands full on sending people this theme.
