Permalinks issue

When I sent up a new blog, I chose “date and names” for permalinks, but must have forgotten to save. I just notices it was set on default. I shouldn’t have messed with them, but hoped I could reset things — broke all of my links fo course. I only have three test posts, but some real content in pages. Is there some documentation that can help me get back better URLS at this point?

My image upload stopped working too. Any idea how to fix that?
