can’t open file

  • I tried to start opening up the install.php file to install WP and get this message;

    “Windows can’t open this file; “install.php”

    To open this program, Windows needs to know what program created it. Windows can go online to look it up automatically or you can manually select from a list of programs on your computer”

    What do I do?
