Can’t get it Installed…Please Help

That function is defined here: /wp-includes/wp-db.php
Check that all the files in that directory have been uploaded and with that file in particular, delete it then re-upload.

I deleted and reuploaded all WP files.
I’m still getting the same error when trying to install

What ftp client are you using ?

GlobalSCAPE CuteFTP 6.0

Is the name of the blog directory capitalised ?

yes “Blog”

Bingo changed it to blog and it’s working now
