• I have uploaded a customer header and I can’t have a site title and tagline showing up. I know that I can delete the title and tagline in the WP general settings section, but this is no good for SEO.

How would I go about having the site title and tagline still there, but not visable on my header?

    Thank you.

  • Hum.. i did the same for my website yesterday but removed title and tagline.

I think its no big problem for SEO as your title and so are still the same. But, not sure.

    Let the experts say.. ??

Use CSS to position the site name and tagline off the graphical page.
And, yes, it can make quite a big difference to your SEO.

Thanks esmi, you are right with the SEO, it does make a lot of difference. I know I am a pain, but would you know how to position the site name and tagline from the geographical page? Is this easily done?

    Not without seeing your site.
