Can't see title for posts in Tamil

I blog in English and Tamil (Indian language). In my blog the title for the posts in english are displayed without problem. But in my Tamil blog posts, the content gets displayed in Tamil, but the title of the post is not visible.

I once included a “?” in the title along with tamil characters and only the “?” is displayed as the title.

The title doesn’t seem to be eliminated, because the browser Title bar shows it correctly.
