    I would back up everything before using.

    the plugin adds 2 files…
    1. In /wp-admin/user-edit.php
    2. In /wp-admin/user-new.php

    and destroys….
    3. In /wp-admin/includes/template.php

    just remove the plugin folder, the top 2 files and replace the template file with the original file that came with your wordpress installation.
