What you need to do is upload youtube and blogger images they need to be 32 by 32 in your themes images folder where you will find rss_1.gif
then add the code above at bottom in same div.

change rss_1.gif to the name of new images.

The other thing I notice is # in quotes that needs to the url for respective your social site so that when they click on icon they taken to your url.
