Comment Blacklist Did Not Work

    I have been heavily auto spammed by one person (luckily they were just targeted one page, and I have for now turned off comments).

    They use the same name/email each time, but different IP addresses. I put their name in the “Comment Blacklist” in the Discussion section, but the comments were not auto-spammed.

    Has anyone else had this problem?

    I had that problem once and the only way I was able to fix it was by using a plugin called WP-Spam. Luckily, it doesn’t happen often.
