Home page and blog page have different titles

The title that appears in the title bar of my home page was created within the setup of the all-in-one plugin. This is a static page, and one of the menu items on that page points to the blog page.

The blog page has a completely different header, with a description that I would like to change. The issue is that I am unable to find where the title to the blog page is.

I have been through the database and every page that looked remotely close on my admin page, but have been unable to find it.

Does anyone have any ideas? I have changed my target audience and need to change the keywords that come up. I am of course able to change the titles in the individual logs and static pages, but am stuck with this main blog page.
