[Plugin: Sharebar] Facebook share Description error

Same problem here. The facebook excerpt shows a bunch of javascript code:

Tweet(function() { var s = document.createElement(‘SCRIPT’), s1 = document.getElementsByTagName(‘SCRIPT’)[0]; s.type = ‘text/javascript’; s.async = true; s.src = ‘https://widgets.digg.com/buttons.js’; s1.parentNode.insertBefore(s, s1); })();

Too bad – it would have been a really nice plugin.

Check the <meta property=”og:description” content=””/> In your header. They may have some conflicting PHP. I’m not a whiz when it comes to php but for a quick fix i deleted what was in content and did a manual descirption. This meta tag is included in some themes and is the first thing that FB looks for when making a description for anything shared on fb.
