Problem with Twitter Tools sending wrong url, keeps repeating address

I’ve got a problem with my Twitter Tools setup, everytime I update my blog and it tweets out the title it sends my url multiple times. 1st post it sent it once, second post twice, third post three on so on and so on. For example the third tweet looked pretty much like this:
User Name
New Blog Post: (Blog Post Name)
https://www.webaddress.comhttps://www.webaddress.comhttps://webaddress.comObviously the link doesnt work when it’s clicked…
