[Plugin: Viper's Video Quicktags] No Buttons on the Editor Bar

Hi Viper,
i just installed the plugin, but for some reason the button do not show up on the write screen at all. i went to settings and tried to change the line they appear on, but nothing happens on 1 and 2(kitch’sink), and when i choose 3(new line) my whole editor bar disappears.
your help will be much appreciated. thanx.

P.S. am running wordpress 3.0.3
