[Plugin: WPBook] Upgraded to .11, gravatars for post authors stop working?

Upgraded to .11, gravatars not working, can’t see why. You can see the default avatar in the author info box on this page

Deactivate wpbook the avatar comes back? With wpbook active, tried disabling other plugins to see if it a conflict, could not get avatar back with wpbook enabled.
