• I’d like to link/jump to specific locations on pages on my site without html coding. The WordPress.com tool supports this with the hyperlink tool in the Visual editor. My www.remarpro.com is missing this function. Is there a plugin?

  • Geeze, c’mon, it ain’t rocket science. Google “HTML Anchor Tag”

    <a name="Top">&nbsp;</a>

    Blah blah blah

    <a href="#Top">Go to Top</a>

Yes. I’m looking for a tool that creates the code.

    Try typing it in.

You folks are really friendly. The tool is obviously helpful. It is included in the WordPress.COM version, why not the www.remarpro.com version?

There are lots of extra available in wordpress.com sites that are not available within a WordPress download. If you’re self-hosting, there is some (albeit limited) assumption that you will be able to carry out some basic tasks yourself.
