URGENT ! – slow MySQL queries ….. Provider shut down site…
-
Hi, Folks… !
1st happy new year to all WP fans. Unluckily I got this morning the notice from my provider Siteground that the IT admin shut down my site https://www.india-meets-classic.net last night (one hour before year’s end ?? ) …
At Siteground I run two WP blog systems (one with WP version 2.8.6 (database: mysql_wrdp3) and 2nd with WP version 2.9.2 (database: mysql_wrdp4 )) on a linux system (Kernel version: 2.6.28.5-grsec-sg2).
The program versions installed there (not by me, all done by the provider) are:
Apache: 1.3.41
Curl: 7.15.5
MySQL 5.0.90
PostgreSQL 8.3.3
Python: 2.4.3
ImageMagic: 6.4.3
Perl:5.8.8
PHP:5.2.5
ionCube Loader:3.1.31
Zend Optimizer:3.3.3
phpMyAdmin 3.2.4
OpenSSL: 0.9.8e-fips-rhel5The installation of my WordPress was done by Siteground system (via CPanel -> Fantastico DeLuxe).
Since days my provider tells me, that I generate too much activities… and that there exist a “server resources abuse“. That means, I overstretch the server processors.
Very strange, as I only have maximum 150-300 visitors daily (regularly much less). And in average per hour on both WP systems 4-5 postings (mirrored via Facebook Fanpage + Twitter Tweet/Re-Tweet).
I did a complete protocol check and followed all instructions, given by my provider Siteground: https://kb.siteground.com/article/How_to_optimize_WordPress_for_better_performance.html
… installed the cache plugin, optimized both wordPress databases with WP-DBManager… got no error report.
So all tables should be optimized. Same I deactivated RSS Feed plugin which created the biggest ‘automated activites’ (This one: https://feedwordpress.radgeek.com/ ).
PLEASE HELP ME AS I DO NOT GET ORIENTATION FROM MY PROVIDER. Siteground gave me the log protocols about my two databases and tells me that I have to check on my own. WHAT TO DO ?
