Hi all.
I have 2 problems.
The most critical:
On my site?knitfreak.com?i sell knitted patterns (PDF?files).I have some free knitting patterns (my sisters patterns) ?? , and if people only put free patterns in shopping pasket, the button says “Continue to mobilepay”. (mobilepay is a danish payment method).
That does not make sense, because they do not have to use mobilepay because it is free.
Earlier the button just said “continue”.
I have tried to disable mobilepay, but then the text just changes to “continue to Paypal” (which is enabled)
I don’t know what have happened. Can you save me ?
—————–
The “not so critical:
When i go to payments -> overview, i get the error:Very seldom it is working, but 19 out of 20 it is not working.

Edit…
I have found out, that i have another error. I cannot see my statisticsRegarding issue 1…
I have tried to disable all plugins except woocommerce, and the error is still there.
So the error must be related to woocommerce somehow.Hello carstensahlthorsen,
Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.
I understand that the checkout button incorrectly says “Continue to MobilePay” or “Continue to PayPal” even when only free products are in the cart. Additionally, you are experiencing errors in the Payments overview and cannot see your statistics.
Please share a link to a free product so I can test the checkout process.
Next, provide screenshots of the errors using https://snipboard.io and share the links here. Lastly, generate your site’s System Status Report and paste it on https://pastebin.com, then share the link.
Once I have more information, I will be in a better position to assist you further.
Best regards.
Hi Zubair.
Thank you very much for reaching out to me.
I am a little confused how to solve this error.
If you can solve this, it would save my day (and several days to come) ??All free products can be found here:

Thank you for sharing the screenshot. It looks like your checkout page has been modified, as it no longer follows WooCommerce’s default layout. This change likely comes from either your theme or a plugin. I recommend reaching out to your theme or the plugin’s support team to help revert the button text back to “Continue.”
Regarding the errors on your analytics dashboard, they appear to be related to a plugin conflict. After reviewing your system status report, I noticed that you have modification plugins installed, such as Admin and Site Enhancements (ASE).
Before performing a plugin conflict test, could you confirm whether you recently enabled HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage)? If so, please try enabling compatibility mode to see if that resolves the issue.
Lastly, please check WooCommerce > Status > Logs for any fatal error messages and share them via Pastebin so we can further investigate.
Hi Moses.
Thank you for your reply.
I have no idea what HPOS is, and i am sure i havent enabled it.
I do not know how to enable it.I have pasted my fatal errors here:
https://pastebin.com/uT21yFJuHello carstensahlthorsen,
Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.
I understand you’re unsure about HPOS and haven’t enabled it. You can check its status in WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Features. If you need more details, this guide explains HPOS.
Please share a screenshot of HPOS settings by uploading it to https://snipboard.io and posting the link here.
I also noticed that apart from MobilePay, you have WooCommerce Stripe, WooPayments, and WooCommerce PayPal, but only MobilePay appears at checkout. Have you configured the other payment methods? Try deactivating MobilePay and enabling another method to see if the issue persists.
I couldn’t access your site. Do you have access restrictions enabled? If so, try removing them temporarily or contact your web host to confirm.
Lastly, the log you shared does not indicate any problems related to the issue you are facing.
Looking forward to your response. ??
Hi again.
HPOS was already set.
See my settings here: https://snipboard.io/hdn0kY.jpg
In the video you linked to, they said that i could try to enable compability mode.
I have tested that, and it didnt make any difference. The error is still there.
I have configured other payment methods.
Mobilepay, Paypal and woopayments.
If i disable Mobilepay, the button just changes to “continue to paypal”. The error is not gone.
I have contacted the creator of the theme (OceanWP)
They write:

Thank you for following the steps and getting back to.But the issue remain same even with the default Storefront theme that means, the issue unrelated with theme.
I would request you to please take full backup and provide the admin rights to the user to take a closer look into the issue.
Have a wonderful day.

Regarding contact my website…
Are you trying to access the backend?
I do not use the /wp-admin url.
I am using a paid version of wp ghost.
The frontend https://knitfreak.com/ is alive.
Do you want me to create an admin user to you?
If yes.. To where should i post username + password ?
BR
CarstenI actually also have another issue
See this (screenshot from my mobile where i have zoomed out)
https://snipboard.io/DvlarN.jpg
When i see my website on a mobile phone the woo slider is not responsive.
There is a lot of space to the right. I can scroll to the right.
I have tried to move the slider to the bottom, but the issue remains there. When i disable the slider, the error is gone.
I have also tried to delete the slider and create it again from scratch. The error is still there.
Do you have an idea why this is happening?
Hello carstensahlthorsen,
Thank you for your reply.
You mentioned setting up MobilePay, PayPal, and WooPayments. Could you share a full-page screenshot of the Checkout page?
I ask because the button labeled “Continue to MobilePay” sometimes changes to “Continue,” and when MobilePay is disabled, it changes to “Continue to PayPal.” This behavior is not how WooCommerce PayPal or WooPayments should function. Normally, all available payment methods should be displayed on the Checkout page simultaneously, allowing customers to choose their preferred option. Here’s an example: Screenshot.
To clarify, I am not requesting wp-admin access, as that would violate forum guidelines. I meant that the website itself is not accessible to me. Here’s a screenshot of what I see: Screenshot.
For the other issue you mentioned, I recommend creating a separate topic. This will help keep the forum organized and prevent mixing different issues.
I look forward to your response.
Best regards.
Hi again Zubair.
Thank you for your reply.
Here is a full screenshot of my site: https://snipboard.io/Wge4fD.jpgThe language of the screenshot is in danish (button says “Forts?t med mobilepay”). If i switch to english, the button also changes language to english – “continue to mobilepay”.
It is not changing to just “continue” if i have only have free products in the basket.
If i have only free products in the basket, the button always says “Continue to mobilepay”.
If i disable mobilepay, the button changes to “Continue to Paypal”The story is different, if i combine the free product with a payed prodoct.
If i do so, the button now says “place order”, and looks like this: https://snipboard.io/tN1HSO.jpgI do not understand why you cannot see the frontend of my website. The address is:
https://knitfreak.com/
I have several visitors from around the globe. Here are todays stats: https://snipboard.io/NQrdFK.jpg
Which country are you located in?
I have a firewall installed called WP Ghost.
I have the firewall strength set to the strongest.
I have tried to lower from G8 to medium. Does that make any differnce to you ?
See: https://snipboard.io/fYWsJL.jpg
I do not have any kind of geo location firewall turned onI will create the slider problem in a different topic.
I look forward to hear from youBR Carsten
Hi there,
Thanks for your answer. Let’s focus on the issue on your checkout page before troubleshooting the issue on your WordPress Dashboard.
Can you please disable all your plugins, except WooCommerce and see if you still see the same issue on your checkout page?
If not, it means that one of the plugins/extensions you deactivated was causing the conflict. Reactivating them one by one, testing again after each reactivation.
I have tried to disable all plugins except woocommerce and enabled one by one.
If i (only) have mobilepay and woocommerce enabled, the error is there – “Continue to mobilepay”
If i (only) have paypal and woo commerce enabled, the error is there – “Continue to paypal”
If i (only) have woocommerce enabled and all other plugins disabled, the button says “accept and pay”I have setup a duplicate test page – test.knitfreak.com.
You can have access to that page if you likeHello carstensahlthorsen,
Thank you for your reply.
I appreciate you for creating a test site. Please do not offer or share any kind of login information on this forum. It is against the forum guidelines.
I am still not able to access your site, it is probably due to the WP Ghost plugin.
I suggest you disable all the plugins on the test site and switch to the Storefront theme.
This will allow me to check the site in default mode and diagnose the issue firsthand.Looking forward to your response. ??
