e-mailaddress corrupted in IE together with WP

  • I added a little script to my theme index so visitors can give their e-mail address and receive some info.
    I am going crazy with this problem:
    1. When they give their e-mail the @ character disappears!!
    2. This only happens in Internet Explorer. (All the other browsers work fine.)
    3. When I run the little script outside WP it works fine in IE to.
    4. When I use a contactform plugin it works fine.
    5. So it must be a combination of WP / IE / Little script. Some security level maybe?
